I used to ask how I could grow the business so I could have more time to be a better father.

Someone challenged that question. Said it wasn't the right one.

Try this instead: How can growing the business make me a better father right now? How can becoming a better father make me a better business owner right now?

I didn't have an answer right away. But the question changed something.
