In fact, sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is respectfully challenge the perspective that’s keeping them stuck.

That’s where trust matters.

Great coaching isn’t:

“I know better than you.”

It’s:

“I believe in you enough to help you see what you may not be able to see right now.”

There doesn’t need to be shame.
There doesn’t need to be guilt.
There doesn’t need to be blame.

There needs to be curiosity, honesty, and a shared understanding that you’re working toward the same goal.

Because coaching shouldn’t feel like one person standing above another and handing down answers.

It should feel collaborative.

I’m on your side. I believe in your potential. And because I believe in your potential, I’m willing to challenge you when it serves your growth.

That’s how trust creates space for transformation. 💯
