You’ve probably come further than you think.
When you’re climbing the next mountain, it’s easy to forget how many mountains you’ve already climbed.
You’re focused on what still needs work.
What you haven’t accomplished yet.
The next problem.
The next goal.
And sometimes that makes it difficult to recognize just how much you’ve already grown.
One of the best ways to rediscover that growth?
Reach back and help someone else.
Share what you’ve learned. Teach someone something you had to figure out the hard way. Help someone navigate a challenge you’ve already faced — or maybe one you’re still working through yourself.
Because something powerful happens when you teach what you’re learning:
You recognize how much you actually know.
You reinforce the lessons for yourself.
And you create accountability to keep living what you’re teaching.
You don’t have to reach the summit before you’re qualified to help someone else climb.
Sometimes reaching back is exactly what reminds you how far you’ve already come. 💯
