Well today, I want to share the 3 steps we take when we approach this delicate subject, in a way that's more of a subtle art of recommending coaching, that helps them be more open to the possibility instead of feeling personally attacked by us.
Plus, it will help them break through any limiting beliefs or insecurities they have about coaching and be more open to it.
