The truth is, not very much.
Life coaching is unregulated, which means there are no formal requirements.
You'll find life coaches who have no certifications what-so-ever, and some of them are crushing it.
But there are also a lot who have no idea what they are doing, and make several of the mistakes (you'll hear about those in today's video).
It's like anything, there's good and bad of it all.
But you'll also find a lot of life coaches who ARE certified, because they wanted to make sure they were able to help people create massive results by having a duplicatable system they can use with every single client.
