We don't do it in on purpose, most of the time we don't even have any idea that we are doing it.

But it can do some serious damage when we are the people actually holding others back.

So how do we stop doing that?

Today, I wanted to break it down into 3 simple steps.

And know this won't always be perfect, we are all human and are going to do it wrong sometimes.

But let's get it right when we can!
