If you're a coach, you've probably come across people who you KNOW would really be helped by having a coach.
You might want to coach them, or just have them be open to coaching in general.
But you're not sure how to communicate that in a way that doesn't feel like you're attacking them, or them taking it as there is something wrong with them.
Well today, I want to share the first of 3 steps we take when we approach this delicate subject, in a way that's more of a subtle art of recommending coaching, that helps them be more open to the possibility instead of feeling personally attacked by us.
Plus, it will help them break through any limiting beliefs or insecurities they have about coaching and be more open to it.
