How To Really Help People Achieve Results In Their Lives
Thinking Those You Lead Need To Take More Action To Be Successful Is The Worst Advice You Can Give Them!
I can see why you'd think that.... You have a road map you've followed that has helped you accomplish something... OR you've been able to help someone else achieve that thing in the past.
If that worked though, all that they would have had to do was a google search for the information.
If all they needed was information, they would have had that thing already.
And if you keep telling them what they need to do, not only will you get discouraged or resentful, they will too!
So what's a different way to become more effective at helping others achieve more results?
